Preparation Instructions
To Rehydrate Empty Sachet Contents Into A Bowl; Add 1 Cup (250ml) Water, Stir and Leave for 10 Minutes Until Water is Absorbed, Use As Required. Spaghetti Bolognese Prep: 15 Mins Cook: 15 Mins Serves: 4 Simply Add 1 Pkt (100g) Maggi Italian Plant Based Mince, Rehydrated 350g Dry Spaghetti 1 Medium (150g) Onion, Chopped Finely 1 Medium (120g) Carrot, Grated Or Diced ¼ Cup (70g) Tomato Paste 400g Can Chopped Tomatoes Get Cooking 1. Rehydrate Plant Based Mince Per Above Method. 2. Cook Spaghetti According To Packet Directions, Drain; Keep Warm. 2. Add 2 Tsp Oil To A Large Frypan Over Medium-High Heat, Add Onion and Carrot, Cook for 2 -3 Minutes Or Until Softened; Add Rehydrated Plant Based Mince and Cook for 1 Minute. 3. Add Tomato Paste, 1/3 Cup (80ml) Water and Tomatoes and Bring To A Boil; Reduce Heat and Simmer Uncovered for 10 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally. 4. Top Spaghetti With Bolognese Sauce, Serve With A Green Salad If Desired. Enjoy! No Need To Add Extra Salt.
